There are many opportunities for businesses and individuals to partner with Thumb Industries, Inc. You can become one of our Partners for Success members, partner with our employment services or transition program or volunteer your time or services. Partnering with our employment services or transition program not only benefits the individuals we serve, but also benefits your business. Working with these programs allows us to assess individual's job skills and readiness. It also gives students an opportunity learn more about potential careers and help them gauge their interests. As a partner to these programs, you would allow Thumb Industries and an individual the opportunity to conduct a job shadow or community-based assessment in your business to help identify and work toward future goals. It also gives you, as an employer, the opportunity to evaluate potential employees.
Partners For Success
Thumb Industries, Inc. was founded in 1970 and focuses specifically on enhancing the quality of life for persons with disabilities in Huron and Sanilac counties. Our annual Partners for Success Drive has been developed in order to establish resources that will allow our organization to continue to provide services for years to come.
Individual or businesses that join the partnership will receive an honorary Partners for Success plaque to proudly display their community involvement. Upon each annual contribution of only $100, individuals or businesses will receive a yearly date pin identifying their continued support.
