COMMUNITY BASED WORK SERVICES PROGRAM
Thumb Industries, Inc. Community Based Work Services Program is designed to maintain/increase an individual’s productivity level, as well as provide individuals with little or no work experience the opportunity to work and adjust to the demands of the workplace. Training is provided at our various locations or at a site in the community. Community training is designed to increase an individual’s awareness of employment opportunities in the community, and allow him/her to make informed choices regarding any future services provided. - Micro Business Opportunities:
Support is provided to individuals interested in developing or maintaining their own small business. Thumb Industries staff assist individuals in the initial feasibility assessment, market research and business plan development. We can also provide training and support if required by the individual in order to maintain his/her business.
